Glisten-EcoShine.com

Last Updated: October 11, 2025
Our commitment at Glisten Eco-Shine is to deliver a brilliant, eco-friendly car wash while upholding the highest standards of safety for our technicians, our customers, and their property. These guidelines are fundamental to our operations.

1. Technician Safety Protocols

Our technicians are trained to prioritize safety in every aspect of their work.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Technicians will wear waterproof gloves and appropriate eye protection when handling cleaning solutions. Slip-resistant footwear is required at all times.

  • Chemical Handling: We exclusively use high-quality, eco-friendly, and biodegradable products. All team members are trained in the proper dilution, application, and storage of these solutions to ensure personal and vehicle safety.

  • Equipment Checks: All equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and batteries, is inspected daily to ensure it is in perfect working order. Damaged equipment is immediately removed from service

  • Work Area Awareness: Technicians will remain vigilant of their surroundings, including vehicle traffic, pedestrians, children, and pets, to ensure a safe operational zone.

2. Customer & Vehicle Safety

To protect your vehicle and ensure a seamless service, we follow a strict protocol and ask for your cooperation.

  • Pre-Service Walk-Around: Before any work begins, our technician will conduct a brief visual inspection of your vehicle, noting any pre-existing conditions such as scratches, dents, or loose parts. This ensures transparency and protects both parties.

  • Customer Preparation (Your Role): Before our arrival, please ensure you have:

    • Removed all valuables and personal items from the vehicle.

    • Securely closed all windows, doors, and the sunroof.

    • Disabled automatic windshield wipers to prevent accidental activation.

  • Maintaining a Safe Zone: For everyone's safety, we kindly request that customers, children, and pets maintain a safe distance of at least 15 feet from our work area and equipment during the service.

  • Vehicle-Safe Practices: We use soft microfiber towels, pH-neutral soaps, and precise, low-pressure rinsing techniques on sensitive areas to protect your vehicle's paint, trim, and electronics.

3. Property and Environmental Best Practices

  • Conscious Setup: We set up our workspace thoughtfully to prevent any disruption or damage to your property. We manage our methods and materials to avoid creating trip hazards.

  • Water Conservation & Runoff: As an eco-friendly service, we use significantly less water than traditional car washes. We take care to minimize runoff and ensure our biodegradable cleaning solutions have a negligible impact on the surrounding environment.

  • Clean-Up: We are committed to leaving your property as clean as we found it. Our technicians will ensure the service area is clear of any supplies or debris before departing.
